Jan 19, 2013 12:03 AM in response to YYC Guyby King_Penguin,It's not currently possible to permanently delete any items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they are less visible : hiding and unhiding. Hiding items doesn't currently work directly on iOS 6, but you should be able to hide them via your computer's iTunes

Mar 1, 2013 7:37 AM in response to King_Penguinby Steve Linberg,You currently can't hide/unhide purchases on devices running iOS 6. It can apparently be managed through iTunes, but as of now there's no way to delete or hide a purchased book on a standalone iOS6 device.
