What can I do to fix an iCloud account that is not working properly anymore?

My iCloud account was working fine when I was using a MS Laptop, the original iPad & an iPhone 4S. Now that I've purchased a new MacBook Pro and new iPad it is not working anymore. All 3 devices are not communicating anymore. The main problem is calendar, but I also have problems with contacts and reminders sometimes. I have talked with 4 Apple Support people and they were not able to come up with a solution. I spent 2 hrs at the Apple Store and they thought they had the solution, but actually made the problem worse. My Apple ID & iCloud sign in is my e-mail address. When I was using that contacts and reminders worked fine, but calendar did not. The folks at the Apple Store had me change the sign in to my account, but now calendar, contact and reminders are not working. My iCloud Account has my main Apple ID which is my e-mail address, my account and my account. My understanding is that all 3 should work together, but is that the problem? Any advice or input would be greatly aoppreciated. I've been trying to solve this issue since November.
