I recently added a Seagate GoFlexSatellite to my iPad. I discovered that the "Number" and "Page" files that I copy to the Seagate are not readable. Can I convere these files into Microsoft files? If so, how do I do it? Or is there a way to read them on my iPad in "Number" "Page" format? All comments are welcome

What do you mean by "not readable"?  Is it

    1. You cannot access them from your iPad versions of Numbers and Pages or
    2. You get an error message when you try to do so?

If it is an error opening the files, I wonder if it is because the GoFlex is formatted as NTFS.  Unfortunately, the FAQ says if you format it as HFS+ (Mac-native format), the wifi features won't work.

To answer your second question, you can save the files as Excel/Word.  But you really don't want to be going back and forth between the Office and iWork formats, especially with Excel/Numbers.
