You cannot do something after the fact. There is software for tracking computers, but it must be on the computer before it is stolen or lost. You are just out money because of someone craftier than you or you just were careless.

for my iphone, when it was stolen on road 3 months ago, i used find my iphone app and to some extent, i could find the phone but within few minutes it was gone. police never got my iphone and 5000 pounds worth of other stuff...
