That is exactly what's in the 'itunes:summary' tag - it stops at that point. Feedburner may be truncating it: I don't know the URL of the feed you submitted to Feedburner so I can't check that. It that's the case, there's little you can do about it. If it's truncated in the original you would have to sort that out in WordPress - I'm afraid I can't advise on that.

This isn't a proper podcast feed: it lacks the 'itunes declaration' and has no 'itunes:' tags suchy as 'itunes:subtitle'. These have been added by Feedburner.
This feed contains the text in question in the episode's 'description' tag, which is where Feedburner has taken it from for the itunes tags. This text is truncated in the same place., so it's Wordpress which is truncating it. It may be observing the theoretical limit of a tag in XML, although that is 255 characters and there are 300 here (iTunes does not worry about this any many itunes:summary tags are very long), but for whatever reason it's limiting the length, and there may be a setting somewhere to increase this.
