Ibi.LA Calculating status...

Whenever I try to play videos my Mac freezes and then tells me to restart. After restarting, it turns on but there's only a white screen. Suggestions on how to fix?

    You may be experiencing a Kernel Panic, as shown in Apple kb article TS3742. If not disregard. Click on OS Lion and earlier in the article.

    Bad or incompatible RAM is, more often then not, the cause of most Kernel Panics. It could also just need to be reset. Here's a great MacFixIt article.

    p.s. If we can get you running correctly it would pay th do the free Combo update to 10.6.8. It's more stable then your version. Let's not apply it till things are good...may make things worse at this time.

    X labs faq. Do all the steps in order even if you don't think you need to.
