This probably isn't the place for this, but I just want to give a big shout out to the Apple Store in Rockaway, NJ. I have a 2008 24" iMac that developed a flickering screen. It would vary from a flicker to going black, and shrinking. It started about three weeks ago. Considering the age of the iMac I thought of such things as the video card, the logic board, or even the screen itself. I made an appointment and took the machine into the Roackaway store. Upon entering I was greeted by an associate who carried the iMac to the Genius Bar. Within minutes the Genius exaimed the machine but couldn't diagnose the problem. She suggested I leave it and they would check it out. I got a phone call this morning (a Sunday) with the news the iMac was fixed. I picked it up today, total cost $65, a cable was bent.


Not only are you treated right when you buy a Mac, but you are treated right when repairing an old machine. Once again I want to thank them for providing world class service.
