Q: My new Apple Mini IPad has a message box and is froze and will not let me click OK.  The message: iPad Not Backed Up; This IPad hasn't been backed up. Backups happen when this IPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi.

My new Mini IPad is frozen with a message (IPad Not Backed Up) and does not respond when I touch OK.  What must I do next?  I cannot find the correct ITunes page to sync IPad to Computer ITunes.

    Try this now.

     

    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons.
