This problem happened to several of my friends and I have several resolves that may work, each persons iphone is different so what may work for one may not work for you but it will if anything will tell you what the problem is; either hardware or software.

If it is a software problem you could wait until the release of the next iOS but that might be some time away so follow the steps bellow.

Most issues can be resolved by simply powering the phone off completely: hold the sleep wake button till you see the 'slide to power off', do this and then turn phone back on.

If this does not work then try the following: goto Settings, then General, then Reset and then finally Reset network settings.  The phone will restart its self (no data wil be lost).

If this is still not resolving the problem the try restoring the iPhone from a backup that you have in itunes.

Connect the phone to itunes and do a backup to 'This computer' even if you have backed up to iCloud also do a backup to your itunes as this is the only way to resore your device if your wifi is not working, no point using the iCloud as that uses only wifi to restore.

If all else fails then you have one last option.

Reset the phone as if it was a new iPhone, DO NOT put any data back onto the phone from a backup as it may very well be the backup that is the problem.  If the wifi and bleutooth are now working, then it was currupt backup data, if however you still have the problem then it is a hardware issue that can only be resolved by taking you device back to Appe for a repair.
