How can I make my iPod Classic stop after each song in a Playlist?

    If you're really determined to do that, set each song in the Playlist to Skip when shuffling and then play the Playlist in song shuffle mode. Because every other song in the list is set to skip when shuffle is used, there would be no other songs, in the list, to be played.

    However, a word of caution;

    • you set Skip when shuffling in your iTunes Library, so set each song (highlight the song and select File/Get Info/Info/Options>Skip when shuffling and then connect the iPod to iTunes so it can Sync (synchronise) the changes. If you cannot see the File menu, right-click each song to see the context menu.
    • once set to Skip when shuffling, it will apply whenever the iPod is in shuffle mode. Those songs will not play in shuffle mode.
    • if you use Manually Manage, instead of Sync, then you will need to remove each song from the iPod, make the changes in your iTunes Library and then put the song back onto the iPod.
