The soon-to-be-ex will not deauthorize one of the 5 devices (he has them all) so I opened my own iTunes acct.  I am worried that if I back up my iPhone 4 to the new iTunes acct. I will lose EVERYTHING! I am not so worried about the purchased music because I know that is most likly gone. Will the CD music disappear?  Will my messages and email disappear? Will all of the free apps I installed be deleted too--what about the basics like Weather, Notes, etc. What about data in the apps--like in Notes. If i re-purchase apps that had data--will the data transfer to the newly pruchased app.  Are there any 3rd party softwares athat back up data from apps?  Thanks so much--sorry so many questions.  I am sooo worried about wiping out my iPhone. The ex is in software development but he's not being helpful at all.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
