No need to post this twice.
When you do a search and replace you can find every string of particular text of a particular style as applied from the Styles Drawer.
Pages does not let you search on wild cards, nor on text properties which have been applied without using named styles.

First, this post is about deleting text. My other post is about "showing only" or "printing" heads. How is that the "same post?" Those are two distinct and separate questions.
Second, Note that my question was how to delte ALL text of a certain style... I have known for years about the search and replace funcion of a PARTICULAR text and style but that does not address my question for the exact reason you state. "Pages DOES Not" let you search on wildcards so I can't find ALL text.

If you have known for years, then I presume you know the answer already.
If you only want to show and print headings:
Menu > View > Show Document Outline > fold up the text to Headlngs only > Print
btw Why didn't you just try this? You seem to be aware of Outlines. I actually did a test because I thought there might be a problem, which is why you were asking. And there isn't.
