    Because you have apps that use a lot of data, and from your description, do it as background processes. But without knowing how much is "so much" I don't think it's possible to answer.

    ok when i say consuming data is that my iphone even with no social media apps and manualy almost everything... on my settings icloud off everything off ......last night my phone drained half my data plan when i was as sleep   my phone seems use less cant turn on cellular data or it will eat my data
