Whenever I print from the Preview app, it appears that there is literally no option to make my image print in the CENTER of the page. I have spent an hour looking, I have looked through every possible print setting that exists, and I cannot find it anywhere. I know there used to be an option to center the print.

I appreciate your help!

I know this isn't particularly a fix for preview, but you could just paste the item into Pages, TextEdit, Word, etc. and just center it there and print it. If I remember correctly though, unless your print options give you the option to center it, it isn't possible. The only print options by default in 10.8 are in the dialogue directly when you hit print.

By default, Preview will centre an image on a printed page. You can see this centreing of the image on a page when you have the Show Details setting selected in the print dialog of Preview.

Settings that could affect this would be the selected Paper Size, the Auto Rotate and the Scaling.

Could you take a screen capture of what you are seeing in Preview's print dialog? Or is the view in Show Details okay but the resulting print off-centre?
