hey please help

my first podcast went on fine but my 2nd i try to upload and it says my rss feed is already submitted what do i do please help but i'm using podomatic

    You don't need to re-submit your podcast when you add a new episode. Simply add the episode and re-publish the feed - that's all you need to do. The new episode will appear immediately for subscribers but usually takes 1-2 days to appear in the Store.

     

    Do post back if you have any problems. Please always post the URLs of both your feed and the Store page - this latter can be found by control-clicking on the podcast image (or where it should be) - and choosing 'Copy link'. Please include the http:// in both cases to make the links clickable.
