I am having issues on upgrading a few programs because keychain is automatically signing me into the updated versions and is not allowing new licenses to update. I have gone into keychain and selected to delete the two logins but upon re opening keychain they are still there. I dont know what else to do. I tried deleting and rebooting but they still remain. I tried keychain first aid as well. GIANT SIGH

Remove each login.keychain file from /Users/username/Library/Keychains/ onto the desktop, launch Keychain Access, create a new login keychain, quit KA, restart, and see if that fixes your issues. Alternatively, peruse the KA help files.
