You need to completely remove iWork before reinstallation. Once you have done that, the familiar reinstallation and upgrade process should provide a fully functional iWork suite.
Follow the steps in this prior Pages community thread. In particular, the green checkmark outlining the steps to fully remove iWork via the downloadable AppleScript utility.

Glad to point you to the solution. In appropriate fairness, the website and AppleScript that you downloaded are maintained by Yvan Koenig in France.
