In Mail, you should go to Message > Text Encoding and try selecting Unicode UTF-8 or Greek (ISO) or Greek (Windows) and see if one of those makes the message legible. If that doesn't work, do View > Message > Raw Source and copy/paste the result in an email to me (tom at bluesky dot org).
What app are you trying to read the Office stuff with?

I tested it but it didn' t work, so I have already sent you an email. I use Microsoft Word 2011 to read a docx file

For some reason the app or service sending you the email encoded it as iso-8859-1, which is only good for Latin, never Greek. The content was destroyed by that, there is nothing you can do at your end. Any fix has to be done at the other end.
For office problems, it is probably best to search/ask in the forums devoted to that stuff
