Jan 27, 2013 2:01 PM in response to milkaballetby stedman1,It should be quite easy to apply more pressure on the RAM chips. If they are seated properly and still not showing correctly, you could swap the RAM chips to the opposite slots to determine if it is a RAM chip or slot issue. Apple 'How-To" instructions Here
