New rMBP 13, unable to connect Mac App Store at all.

I just brought a rMBP 13, but I wasn't able to open the Mac App Store in China at all.


Mac info is OSX 10.8.2 and network is fine. After searching the website for help but nothing useful, I really upset by this situation.
