I haven't been able to log in to imessage or facetime since i bought the ipad mini a few weeks ago. I had heard apple was aware of this and was working on it?

Jan 29, 2013 5:30 AM in response to KaterinaYGby KaterinaYG,Hi guys, apple phone support people just helped me. My time and date settings were out of sync. Try resetting your ipad ( settings> general). And then try to log in again. Check your country setting too in the time bit (settings > general) and make sure that its the right time etc. good luck!
Ps you'll have to re login to wifi connections after resetting.
