If it isn't try having a Genius take a look at it.
If it is able to join other Wi-Fi networks, try updating the router and setting it up again with these suggestions in mind -> iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

Jan 14, 2013 9:53 AM in response to whatheckby Ron and Karen,This iPhone worked fine on this WiFi network this morning. Once I reset my network settings, this iPhone will not accept the password as a correct password.

If that doesn't do it, try taking a look at the wireless security. Is the router setup to use WEP or WPA?
For compatibility reasons, WEP128 networks should use 13-character ASCII passwords.
