On iTunes in the summary page I can only sync music or videos.
In the page Info I have selected "Sync e-mail account from Outlook", but the contacts have not been imported..
I mean, e-mail contacts are ok, but phone numbers not..

I have this same question. I followed the directions in the manual. When I open up iTunes, my device shows up,and Outlook appears in the drop-down window, but it does not allow click-on. My email account is populated but when you click on it, it does not sync, but starts a new account and the Contacts do not sync overwith the email account.

Another Idea, you can transfer your Contacts from outlook to your adress book, and then you can sync your adress book in iTunes to your iPhone 5.
