hi all,

i lost my entire itunes library when it failed to back up properly when i had to recover my operating system (windows 7).  now itunes won't download properly - i get an error message that i don't have sufficient privileges to download "mobile apple" as part of the installation.

until i get itunes back on my computer, i can't put my library back together.  i am stuck.  any kind of help is very much appreciated.

thanks much.
