MotionX Drive App

My iPhone App Store won't recognize my "MotionX Drive" app as the most current version...recurrently tells me to update...in the Update screen, however, the app is updated/purchased and the "Open" button is visible...anyone else seen this problem, and, know a fix?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1

    Have you tried syncing with your iTunes and see if the update is showing through your iTunes?

    Were you able to find XLCamera on your device or devices? If so, did you delete it from just the device or from your iTunes? If you only deleted from your device, try deleting it from your iTunes library as well and then sync your device.

     

    Also, I see that you posted that you marked that my last comment fixed your issue, but your last reply mentions that you still get the update in your app store. I am a bit confused if it worked or not, but if you could clear that up for me that would be great.

    Thats ok. Have you tried rebooting your device to see if that may clear out the update from the app store?  Also, have you tried doing a search on your devices for MotionX-GPS Drive or just MotionX-GPS?

    I agree, that this is a very persistent problem. I am now sure that this is an Apple App Store issue. Since they control the app store. By the way, did you sync your device to your iTunes after deleting XLCamera from your device and iTunes? If you did, then I think I am out of ideas. If I think of any more I will let you know.

    If you contact support and give them a link to this thread, you should be able to get some help from them. Sorry, about the link not working. I didn't realize that was only for developers.
