Problem :

Suddently my Retina MBP is extremely slow! (I see the spinning rainbow cursor very often, in the start i never saw it. There is generally a lot of delays.)

What i`ve recently changed:

I think it actually all started after i had bought a WD MyPassport 1TB USB 3.0 Extern. HDD and partitioned it, and then after i had used FCP X, and after that i had used the tree performance programs...

-Used performance progams as OnyX, DiskDrill, and Maintenance.(Not MacKeeper)

-Checkek and Repaired disk using DiskUtility (A few errors)

-Installed some CS6 (Ps, Ai, Au)

-Taken a BackUp using TimeMachine

-I`ve been using FCP X (Which i`ve havent been using for a long time)

-I`ve played with some Terminal commands (commands for LaunchPad Layout commands and other design and layout changing commands Also some sudo commands)

-Installed some SystemPreference Plug-ins (Such as StarupSoundMuter - found out it was only for SnowLeopard)

-Deleted all system Preferences and all system Cahses.

-Now i`ve removed al recently installed Apps (Except from CS6)

Now being state :

-I cant even use iTunes propperly -everything is deadly slow!

Exact Model :

MacBookPro

Retina, medio 2012

" Processor  2,3 GHz Intel Core i7

  Hukommelse  8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Grafik  Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB "

I`m wondering : How can this super fast killer machine worth 3070 US$ Just so suddently become so deadly slow and act so weird. What can be wrong whit it?

Question : What should i do to just make myMac blazingly Fast as it was before i bought my new external HDD?

MacBook Pro
