Try an SMC reset. I had major slow down issues with my rMBP as well. SMC reset fixes a LOT of problems. Instructions are here:

I think the problem was caused because that i had been fixing around with some system files and commands and so.. That and then that i istalled that diskdrill app. I learned the lessons i think... "Never change your Mac. A Mac is a Mac. It drives by itself"

My MacBook Pro suddenly went super slow and noisy fan.
I check the activity monitor and no applications running, but when I look at the graph it's completely full showing that all resources are in use.
Was working perfect, I was downloading Maverick and paused it came home open the laptop and can't even type.
