I have been charged for items on sims twice off the value of £13.99 each and didn't recive them but the money has been taken out of my bank and can't contact iTunes like ask to do can u help me as this is fauld now
How did you try to contact iTunes support and what happened when you tried ? You should be able to contact them via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
