i can't activate my iphone

HI WHY I CAN'T ACTIVATED MY IPHONE

that saybecause the activation server is temporarily unavailable

i try itunes also but not thing same problem

what i can do ?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1

    That message usually indicates that your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.

     

    Then when you updated your phone it locked back up to the original carrier.

    What do you mean "factory unlock? That does not exist. How was your phone unlocked?

    And where was this phone purchased? From Apple or a different supplier? Who provided the unlock?

    DO NOT SHOUT!!! It is rude. DO not use CAPS. You did not answer my question: HOW did you unlock the phone? Did you buy it unlocked from Apple? Did your carrier unlock it?

     

    You say you did not jailbreake the phone, but the symptom you are getting is the symptom of a jailbreak/hack.

    You need to be more specific: Where did you buy that phone? What store; Apple has over 200 stores.

    As you did NOT buy from Apple, but ebay, you do not really know if the phone was hacked. The symptoms you are getting are typical of a hacked/jailbroken phone.
