If you are having problems with the beta you must be a developer, and should be posting in the developer forum. Your non-disclosure agreement bars you from discussing a beta in a public forum.

What version did you upgrade from?
Did you get any error messages when you upgraded (such as "activation failed")?
Did you upgrade over the air (without connecting the phone to your computer) or using iTunes?

I upgraded my iphpone 5 over the air without error messages from ios 6.0.2, and the phone was unlocked. It just displays NO SIGNAL. if I switch off the phone, when I turn it on again the signal is back but just for a few minutes

When the signal comes back does the phone work (until it loses signal)?
Was the phone purchased as unlocked from Apple, from an authorized carrier, or from an independent non-Apple store?
Have you checked with your carrier for a local network outage that may have happened around the time you did the upgrade?
One thing to try is a restore using iTunes, and set up as a new phone. Back up the iPhone first to your computer AND to iCloud (see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5262). If you still have the problem after restoring as a new phone then how it was unlocked becomes important. If the problem is resolved, try restoring your backup using iTunes.

Start by reading the other messages. What have you done to try to resolve it? Reset? Restore? How was your phone unlocked, assuming it was unlocked - by Apple, by a carrier, or by a non-Apple shop?

The same is happening to me, with the release of 6.1
Phone worked perfectly before I updated from 6.0.2
Reset Network Settings
Restore From Backup
Restore as a new phone
It isn't unlocked, I purchased it from the Apple Store with a 2 year AT&T contract.
Phone can't be used for anything now that isn't Wi-Fi. Even then, with the constant "network searching" problem, the battery just runs out too fast.

Even i started facing this problem only after the update to 6.1. I updated it from 6.0.1. Its a factory unlocked phone.
Even i tried to Reset Network settings/restore from backup. Nothing works as of now.
Its **** frustrating !!!
