ARD Connection Failed?

I am asked for a UN and PW when selecting a client in ARD -  how can I reset this password so that I can connect?

Enable remote management is selected on lab computers,  Wifi is connected etc...just cannot connect to computers!

    The password, unless I'm misunderstanding what it is you're asking, would be whatever password was set for the user acccount set up for ARD access on the workstation to which you are trying to connect. If you need to change the password, you'd have to do it on that machine if you can't connect to it remotely.
