I can't seem to get rid of the 3.97 gb of "other" on my phone! someone help!!!

    This indicates corrupt files.

    Depending upon how long you have had this much "other" data, it may now exist in your iPhone backups too, so if restoring your iPhone from the most recent full backup doesn't remove the "other", you may need to restore as a new device, and re-install all of your apps & settings.
