iPhone 4S Broken Screen

I've recently bought an iPhone 4S 64 GBs (Purchase date: 29, October 2012) and few days ago, it was dropped of a 50 cm height and the front glass is broken.
My question is: Can you provide me with information about replacement or repairs?

I broke the front glass on my iPhone 4 yesterday (March 12th, 2011) and took the phone back to the local Apple Store. The Apple Genius asked me how long I'd owned the phone and I told him I bought it on launch day. He then said that Apple would swap the unit immediately at no cost. Mind you, I didn't have Apple Care on my iPhone 4 either, they just immediately swapped the phone for me, no questions asked and at no cost. I didn't expect this treatment but needless to say, I was extremely pleased.

When I broke the glass, I pulled out my old iPhone 3G and thought I'd swap the SIM card from my iPhone 4 over, use my 3G and send my iPhone 4 off to be repaired. The problem was, the iPhone 4's use the new micro-SIM cards and the 3G's use the older, larger SIMs. I went to the Apple store to find an adapter and instead, I got a new phone without even asking for it. The Apple Genius did tell me that this is a one-time replacement and if I broke the glass again, it would cost me.

Hence, I'm not sure what to make of the varying experiences I'm reading about in this thread but I was extremely pleased with how Apple handled my cracked screen."
