For the tour, Dataroam/eKit? if the SIM arrives in time.
When I get settled at the university, it will be Orange or 3. I can't tell which is better for the value because my German isn't that good. I'll see what they have in-store and go from there.

Leah, always start a new thread regarding a question you have with your iphone, do not append anything to old threads (clutters up the timeline)
Questions to answer in a new thread:
What iPhone do you have?
What countries are you going to?
What did you ask Sprint for?
Did you ask them to unlock the SIM for use overseas?
Is your account in good standing for 3 months or more?
If so, have you been notified that the unlock been completed on Sprint's end?
If yes, you must backup, erase your phone, and connect to iTunes to complete the unlocking process. Then you can restore everything back.
To note, the Sprint unlock does not enable the phone to work on At&t or T-mobile in the USA. However, you can use US-based MVNO's in this phone, but your mileage may vary as the Sprint iPhone 4S is not completely compatible with the T-mobile 3G/4G spectrum in all areas.
