I am working on a MacBook Pro 15" for a client.  His hard drive died, so I replaced it.  When I went to install the Mac OS X disc, I got a picture of a lock, with a password prompt.  I asked my client if he knew the password.  The one he gave me doesn't work.  He purchased the MacBook from another person, and has no contact with them.  Is there any way I can delete the password, or bypass this prompt?  The CD drive doesn't load the disk, so I am trying to use an external DVD/CD drive, but it won't load, either.  Can someone please provide me with assistance regarding these two issues?
