I have just returned home to find that my system has used my entire broadband GB limit in 12 hours (and cost me £30). The company (plusnet) tell me that all the usage has come from web access but insist that it cannot be a fault at their end. They believe that I have either downloaded a virus or have been hacked.

I can't find any malware on my computers (imac & 3 macbooks) and my wifi has a WPA2 password. With at least 2  neighbours with open wifi access that I can see, surely their systems would be a more likely target? What could have happened?
