Q: I am having a problem accessing iTunes Store - it keeps trying to access it and never gets to it? This prevents me from getting my songs purchased onto the computer
My problem is accessing iTunes store. I just keeps trying to access it and gets no where. Not sure how to fix this? Hopefully someone can help. I am trying to get the music I purchased onto my computer and on iTunes on the computer.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
