It is a macbook pro with logic pro 9 on and using maschine mikro 2.
i have 4gb ram on th macbook.
I have tried starting new projects and when i get so far in i save them, the next time i try to open them the project opens up so that i can see it in logic but when i try to play the project it just freezes up completely and i have to Force quit?
The software i.e logic pro 9 is a legitamate download via apple bought december 2012 and the plug ins are Maschine Mikro 2 bought in january this year.
I have since found that if i go to preferences and go audio then devices and deselect the enable box the project runs but i get no sound.
Are you running version 1.8 fo the software for the Mikro, as according to the forums any version before 1.7.2 has a bad case of the gremlins on Logic.
If you already are, try disconnecting your Mikro and running your project. If the problem still persists open a blank project then go to Logic Pro>Preferences>Audio Units Manager and untick the box next to your Maschine Mikro then restart Logic and see if your project will load.
Let me know what happens, I'm just trying to break down if your Maschine Hardware is bad or the plugin is bad or your having Mac/Logic based issues.
