Any issue with credentials? I always ask our users to log into OWA with the exact keystrokes they use to enter the password and verify the credentials are correct...

I had the same problem - kept resetting my corporate systems password it would work for a few days and then the same problem as you. the solution that worked for me today was this - in the user name on the second screen which comes when you are setting up an exchange email accounts, i put in domain\username and then it magically worked.
