This sounds like an internal error, and I cannot do anything to help with it. I'm sorry.
But you should be able to contact Apple Support via email and have them patch it up.
They are always friendly and quickly responsive.
So there were no accounts there...they seem to have been deleted. I tried the steps you gave me...
username for mobileme, password for mobileme, server options> cal.me.com
and I get the following error message:
Account information not found
Request to cal.me.com failed after trying for 30 seconds.
