Safari is not in the Application folder?

If it is there, try to launch it from there.

Yes as he mentioned try looking for it in the application folder. Either go to your finder icon usually in bottom left hand corner. Then find your way to applications folder and launch safari from there. If this does not work let me know!

Most people either keep the Safari icon on desk top or in the dock.   In either case, if you have in in your applications folder simply click and hold it then drag and drop it where you want.    You probably sent the last one away in a puff of smoke from the dock.

You should have Safari version 6 with your 10.7 Lion OS.
