in numbers 08 — how do I program a cell to round up to the next highest increment of .25

eg, i have a number in a cell that is 1430.1 (or 1430.64 or 1430.89)

i need a function to round them up to 1430.25 or 1430.75 or 1431.00

so any number from

.01 to .24 gets rounded up to .25

.25 to .49 gets rounded up to .50

.51 to .74 gets rounded up to .75

.76 to .99 gets rounded up to 1.0 (add the 1 to the previous number (eg, 1430.88 ==> 14.31)

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4), bought in 2012
