Thank you for your help. I have just been on the phone to my internet provider BT because the problem has only occured since I received my new router.. They went through everything(I had Already Done) and then put me through to their 2nd layer of technical help and he had to remote access the computer. There apparently was an issue with the new router and the name of my computer(it had an apostrophe in it which the new router did not like). He changed that and everything worked fine. So now you know lol.. Once again thank you for trying to help me

I'm glad you got it fixed and thanks for telling us how you went about it. Perhaps someone else will be able to use this information to solve a similar situation.
