If no one responds, you can always contact Apple. There is a Contact Us link at the bottom right of this page. If your Mac is still under warranty, it is probably a free call. If your Mac is covered under Apple Care, it is most likely a free call. In any event, they would tell you what it would cost before charging you for help.
