My right earpod isn't working propper anymore. It plays very soft and you don't hear the bass sounds anymore. I got the earpods together with my Iphone 5 about a month ago. What should I do if I want propper or new ones?
The Earphones and everything that came in the iPhone 5 box are covered by the 1 year Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up Service and take iPhone and Earphones or send the Earphones to Apple for evalutation under Warranty.
