I'm currently using an Airport Extreme for my wireless network. I still have my old Belkin Wireless G Router sitting in the closet and I was thinking I could use it to extend my network. I was hoping I could just plug it in and go but Airport Utilities didn't seem to detect the Belkin. I tried connecting the two routers with an ethernet cord and still nothing. I looked up some tutorials on youtube but everything I came across already had the secondary router connected appearing in Airport Utilities.

So, I was just wondering if doing this is possible, and if so what are the steps in doing it?

Airport Extreme, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
