My i pod had a very slow response to the touch for almost a year, but i just figured it was because i had a few thousand podcasts on it.  All of a sudden while in the middle of listening to on of my podcasts the music stopped. The device froze and an apple appeared in the middle of the screen (oh crap!!)  But a few seconds later the device restarted itself and i didn't appear to lose any data on my device.  And now the device is just as fast as it was when it was brand new!! Can anyone explain what happened and how do I keep it this fast?   Thanks!

    Hello,

I am currently an owner of an Ipod Touch 4th generation. I see you are having problems with your Ipod Classic, so I will try to find a solution to your problem.

    • What must of happened was, it just needed to be rebooted and it did it by itself?
    • Was the battery charged?

    Hope that helps!

If none of the above solutions work, can you please respond back ASAP as I will try to find another solution to your problem (This might even help others with the same problem!)

    Cheers!
