Does this occur with multiple different Wi-Fi connections?
Does the issue occur when watching videos via Cellular data?
Has any of the following been tried:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Power cycle the router?
Power cycle the Internet modem?
Power cycle the iPhone?

I tried to reset the router,modem and even
the network connection in setting but still
slow connection how come that happened to
have these problem in my iphone 5.It is possible
that unit has the problem or it just the wifi problem
i bought this less than a month a go.
If all basic troubleshooting has been done and the issue is not specific to a single Wi-Fi connection, it may be a hardware issue with the device.
Take it to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

i bought here in the phillippines at the smart communication which
is registered distributor of apple products what the first thing to do
do i need to report to smart com for the replacement?
