Recently when I synced some new playlists from my PC to phone I lost a purchased ringtone, but can not see where to redownload it in the store. Any advice?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

Ringtones are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded. You should sync your ringtones to other devices via iTunes on your computer.

So what if you upgrade your computer? should it not sync them down to the PC under the usage of tranfer purchased items? Or do i need to get my old hard drive and scour it for all of the ringtones I have bought, as I refuse to buy them all again

I have purchased 6 ringtones and need to redownload them. I can"t find them anywhere, except on reciepts that prove I have bought them. Apple recalled my iMac's HD, replaced it for me free, but I can not recover the ringtones that I bought. I have backedup to iCloud & on an "External HD', but no ringtones. The Apple help that  I recieved, shows I redownloaded them, but they are no where to be found.  Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you ...
