Translation of your question; "I tried to install the Snow Leopard and says that is not compatible with PowerPC and the Mountain Lion says it can not be used with Mac OS X version I have. I would like to update or do something many applications do not work anymore. I'm desperate!"
Since you have a PowerPC Mac, it is not capable of running either Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion both of which require an Intel Mac to run.
In order to run either Snow Leopard or Mountain Lion, you will have to upgrade to a newer Mac.

As I said if they need a newer version of OS X then you can run on your PowerPC Mac, you are going to have to purchase a new Mac with an Intel processor so it can run the new version of OS X. There is no other choice.
