Q: Color Video Preview Window not Clear?

I'm just getting going on this, and I can't seem to get a proper look at my shots. I am in a project with clips on my timeline, I have the scopes up on my left and the 'Video Preview' is above them, but the image just isn't in a normal state. What could the setting be to reset the 'Video Preview' panel?
